Amorphophallus Nepalensis - Nepal Voodoo Lily - is native to India and Nepal. The 18" stalk will emerge in late June and be topped with a green shell surounding an inflorescence in shades of tan and green. It's quite showy, but also quite smelly, although the smell will fade quickly. Summer flowering. Bright red berries will form in fall. Please note: all parts of the plant contain calcium oxalate crystals, an irritant to the mouth and esophagus. They are toxic to cats and dogs.
