August Moon Hosta has large, heart-shaped corrugated leaves that emerge light green in spring and mature to medium yellow to chartreuse depending on how much sun it gets.  The flowers are pale lavender and some say that because of the corrugation the leaves are slug resistant (opinions vary).  With adequate moisture, August Moon Hosta will tolerate full sun where it will fade to a golden color.
